CCC is happy to evaluate any service concerns or outages by calling 866 870 9970 or 231 264 9970.  A representative is typically available M-F 7 AM to 7 PM.

 

If we miss your call, please leave a service request message with your name, location, call back phone number and a brief description of this issue.  We understand the frustration & inconvenience of downtime.  We resolve outages, inconsistent service, or slow speeds as quickly as possible.  Any network-wide problem will be responded to within 24 hours, with a complete resolution within 24 to 48 hours.

 

If service has returned to your location and we have not yet returned your service request call, we welcome a call or email that service has returned.  Our top priority is customer service and we will resolve customer outages within 24 to 72 hours.

           

Our technicians also make house calls.  If a service issue is entirely a CCC network issue there will be no fee for the time.  Additional costs may be associated with on site technical assistance and/or equipment replacement or upgrade. 

·           Over the Phone Assistance is Free of Charge (limited to CCC provided services)

·           An on-site service call to complete work for a sole customer issue, including setting up Email applications, etc are billed at $55.00 first the ½ hour, and $85.00 per each additional hour.

·           Hardware replacement varies according to current market pricing.

CCC has extensive network experience, we are available to build and maintenance your internal network for the same rate listed as above.

CCC has installed equipment to support the use of internet access over a wireless connection, by accepting CCC service All Customers Agree

·           To maintain the installation as completed by CCC, to remain connected the network

·           To personally accept all liability for usage from your location

 

Upon completion of an install, CCC is only responsible for delivering broadband to the location, which will be defined exclusively as access to the web from the installer’s laptop through the final device (Router or Radio).  We will verify that the signal quality and strength meets our company requirements.

 

CCC offers a speed minimum of 384 K by 384 K with 1.5 to 3 Meg burstables.  This is a symmetric package; meaning download (to your computer) and upload (from your computer) are generally equal.  CCC regularly evaluates the network performance and customer connections to ensure these speeds are available.

·           We do not monitor personal content usage; however, CCC reserves the right to suspend service without notice if current access levels may damage the network or interfere with other Customer connections.

·           Each customer is responsible for installing and maintaining personal virus protection as well as spybot and spyware protection.

·           CCC does not provide any customer with the rite to redistribute our internet signal.  Intentionally or Un-intentional distribution may result in immediate suspension of the account and/or legal action when applicable.

Customer Agrees to Pay Total Estimate For Hardware plus Labor immediately                                                     

·           Additional runs of Cat5 will be billed at $0.20 per foot.

·           Additional labor may be assessed for additional connection.

·           Multiple Computer and Private HotSpot customers can reuse a router.  A $25 discount will apply.  No warranty is offered for a used router.

 

Customer Agrees to Monthly bandwidth charge of:                                                    

 

Invoices will arrive by the 1st of the Month and due within 15 days.

·           Each invoice under $100.00 not paid within 15 days will be subject to a $5.00 fee.

·           Each invoice over $100.00 not paid within 15 days will be subject to a 15% late fee.

·           Any annual invoice not paid within 30 days, may be charged additional monthly fees.

·           If any account is unpaid for 60 days, you will receive written notice, and service will be suspended pending full payment.

 

By accepting installation, All Customers agree to the information listed above as well as the terms of use listed at www.cherrycapitalconnection.com /acceptable_use.htm.

 

CCC further requests each customer make a 12 month commitment to service.  By signing below, you have formally accepted a $200.00 fee for cancellation of service before the 1st year of service has been completed.
